fantastic WATERPARK FUN!
many choices good breakfast easy location relaxing sauna
I REALLY enjoyed the waterpark. It had lots of pools. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and tasted very good. the location made it easy to explore the city. THE sauna oasis was such a treat and so relaxing.
I wasn't aware it was an extra charge.

The breakfast buffet includes a wide assortment of hot and cold dishes. fresh fruit, pastries, and different juices. I did see vegetarian options clearly labeled, very convenient.

Our superior room had comfortable beds and nice furnishings. It included a mini-fridge, a television with international channels, and a private bathroom, offering plenty of space for luggage.

the hotel has a central location near the city center so major attractions are reachable on foot, and public transportation stops right outside the building , made exploring very simple.

broken toys dirty floor
The breakfast included a wide selection. The early gym and spa hours worked well.
I was disappointed by the children's playroom. The floor had crumbs. Many toys were broken and coated in dirt. The condition made it unusable.

room cleanliness poor pillows
The breakfast was good, it had a good selection, especially the omelets.
I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. The pillows were of very poor quality (i woke up with a stiff neck).

mixed feelings about this stay
dirty playroom stained cot
the breakfast had a decent offering and was acceptable.
i found several long hairs in my bathrobe it made me wonder if these were even washed the childrens playroom on the first floor was dirty with crumbs on the floor and dirty broken toys we ordered a baby cot but it had stains all over its fabric.

sauna choice gluten free options
The waterpark had multiple pools! I saw several saunas. The breakfast buffet was amazing it had gluten free options. I was thrilled to see they had lactose free choices too!

safe pools really good breakfast comfortable beds
the kids' pools were perfectly sized and safe for my toddlers to explore i appreciated that. the breakfast selection was fantastic with many options. the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds ensured restful nights.
